Gyoza no Manshu is my TO GO franchise for very home style very balanced gyoza! After being in Osaka for about a week I got the craving.

Mix the shoyu, vinegar and spicy rayu oil to your liking.
I have always enjoyed the gyoza here. Often when you order it as a side at ramen spots its rather normal and might compliment the ramen. But if your main plate is gyoza it has to be gooood.

If you ever spot this franchise in Japan you must go! Its cheaper than McDonalds, heathier and soooo wallet friendly. All prices are tax inclusive. Oh, they have ramen, fried rice and all the Japanese Chinese style cooking.
