OMOTESANDO: Blue Moon mini-bar at Commune 246! Outdoor food court near Omoteando Crossing.

I'm a huge fan of Blue Moon but this place only serves Blue Moon!
Not that much of a fan but the perfect bar for a quick beer.

Sony RX100 vs Canon s120

HOYA: Tiny Neighborhood festival with lots of tiny stands... ordered junkfood!

Friend invited me to a very very tiny local Japanese festival in Hoya (about 15 minutes from Ikebukuro).  Bought a few beers at Seiyu and watched some dancing.

The line for the 200 yen shave ice (kakigori) was long... very hot summer night.

Decided to go for some wafers with a choice of spread... more of a flubbery rubber pudding type paste.  It was just sitting out in the heat so not too sure how sanitary it was.

Roll the dice and you can score 100 wafers!

Yup, kinda airy fluffy chocolate pudding paste.

Chicken steak for only 300yen! Not too bad.

If you ever spot one of these festivals definitely check out the dancing and tiny food stands.

TOKYO DOME: Tokyo Giants vs Hanshin Tigers... 8 to ZERO Tigers Victorious! 800yen draft beers... pre-drink or bring in beers for sure!!

Got an invite to watch baseball... wait... I'm really not a fan of the Japanese League.

4,000 yen per ticket!

There are many young college beer girls walking up and down the stands... the beer girl we reached out to just ran out and handed me her name tag and asked us to wait a few minutes.  This was strategy!  We could have flagged down another beer girl while she was gone... they must make a commission.

Tiny draft beer 800yen... nuts 200yen.

Beer girls everywhere!

Giants Cap Shuffle for a randomly selected youngster... he lost.

Dolis closed out the 9th inning... great pitcher.

Dolis closes out the 9th and the Hashin fans break out in song.

Earlier in the game Gomez hit a solid home-run!

At Japanese sporting events you are allowed to bring in food but your drinks will be transferred into large Paper cups for free.  A max of two 500ml paper cups... so definitely pre-game a little and bring in 2 beers that will only cost you 200yen at the convenient store near by vs 800yen draft beers inside the stadium.  Or you can hide them away somewhere in your backpack or clothing!

SHIBUYA: Torikizoku Yakitori... the newest branch in Shibuya! 280yen chicken skewers and all drinks...

Ok I think I've covered Torikizoku enough... this needs to be my last entry for this super reasonable budget Yakitori spot!   Final entry is Shibuya!!

You'll need to enter the number of guests into this computer and it prints out a ticket...

The restaurant Layout.
Your 1st order should be this 280yen Kamameshi... its seasoned rice with chicken and veggies inside.  Takes about 30minutes to cook at the table but well worth it!

There is a quick menu and this is one of the items... Tofu.

98.2% of the items here are from Japan... not sure whats imported.  Perhaps just the all Southeast Asian staff.

Highball campaign still going strong but lost all 3 times!

They do have 1 seasoned beef skewer... very tasty.

2 hours, minimum 8 people all you can eat and drink for 2,800yen! Not too shabby.

Ok... I'm done with blogging about this wonderful cheap Yakitori chain... if you are in Shibuya definitely hit this one up as its the newest and super clean.  Just look for this yellow Torikizoku sign and pop in!
