What I learned from my Japanese friend was that most Karaoke prices in Tokyo can be haggled down. But Big Echo was a fixed 1,500 yen songs and drinks for 1 hour.

A bit unresponsive tablet song selector proved quite the challenge. But there is a feature to sing into the unit and your song pops up.
