One of my friends is a die hard craft beer connoisseur and thanks to him I discovered Good Faucets. So on this night he took us to Craftheads...
Soooo looking forward to the beers and food.
But nope! It was a full house and people were actually standing in the waiting are with beers in hand for a table our counter seat to open. Sooo.... we had to go for the Take-Out option.
Guys waiting for a table. A huge foreign following.
4 Beers... 4800yen! Oh man... in these tiny little plastic cups too.
So we went up stairs to finish our beers and decided to head on over to Good Faucets.
Ferrari GT4 spotting...

Oops. I forgot to check if Craftheads was still open. It is not.
ReplyDeleteThe reason the bar was popular with expats was because the proprietor had an arrangement with 3 Floyds Brwg. of Hammond, IN., which is actually a suburb of Chicago, to be the exclusive location in Japan for a variety of its craft beers, including Dark Lord, which commands significant prices on the beer trading market in the U.S.A.
The venue was a solid place. Somebody would have to ask the proprietor why he closed this address. If I had to guess, I would say his rent got skyjacked.
