Sashimi platter with 3 kinds of seafood... they gave us a free portion of scallopos

Then we move on to a bottle of Kurokirishima 720ml Imo Shochu.

Fuku Tempura only 480 yen... thought this stuff cost hundreds of dollars. Kinda reminded me of any ole white fish tempura. Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Yum
If at a Izakaya definitely get this Egg! Its made to order. Has a slight sweetness.
Just add a bit of shoyu to the grated white raddish and eat together.
This was totally made at some huge factory. Asked the young Japanesee waitress if it ws homemade... she looked at me and quietly shook her head no! I knew it!
FYI Ladies... the toilet is a very old traditional Japanese squatting type.
Overall the restaurant seemed dated, the chef a rather elderly man and I had no hopes of this place being any good... was concerned I might get a stomach ache. BUT! It turned out to be rather decent.
