There was a huge section of help yourself sauces but look very carefully at the instructions... didn't realize that you can mix the dipping sauces depending on the meat you choose.
The service was great and the staff very friendly...
Super spicy and nice and mellow broth.
A great spot when in Honolulu! But you can also have it at many locations in Japan!

Actually, the 'sword' tap handle is for Sapporo Beer. It might be defined as imported in Hawaii, but be alert - it might be imported from Ontario, Canada, not Japan!
ReplyDeleteYou nearly framed it out of the tap handle shot, but I can detect enough of the Goose Island handle. It's an ABiB beer going world-wide now, and the beer was probably Goose's IPA {not my favorite}.
