Shimbashi on a Friday night... Covid is offically over boys. Every restaurant was FULL!
Luckily we were able to reserve a restaurant for 8pm but had 30 minutes to kill. Ended up at Korean Yatai Dan standing bar.
From what I could see everything on the menu was 500 yen.
Edamame 500 yen.
Kimchee Radish blocks 500 yen.
Korean Chanja 500 yen... I absolutely love this at Kura Sushi.

At Kura Sushi they place it on top of the rice... sooo good. Its a bit sweet and spicy.
I noticed the manager had really pronounced features and was a bit tan.... after a little chit chat Iasked if he was Okinawan. He was! But raised in mainland Japan... very nice guy. He was the only staff until 8pm when a cute part time waitress went on shift. Anyways its an easy place to get in without reservation.

Wow. When were you there? I walked past this venue numerous times back in early April, but never entered. (I stayed at a hostel in Shimbashi 4.)
