I've wandered in here once before after a night out but didn't learn my lesson!
The cash menu ticket dispenser is outside.
Went for the Miso-Ramen with boiled egg
After your done just place the ramen bowl on the counter and your used tissues into the entrance garbage bin.
Ramen chef was very very young... first time to see a guy in his very early 20's making ramen.
And there it is... 4 nice slices of char-sui!
Noodles were unusually very al'dente... almost like he didn't boil it long enough. You can normally order the noodles as "kata-men" (al'dente "Hard-Noodles") if you prefer but perhaps its the way this shop makes its noodles? Hmm...
All for pieces of Char-sui were ice cold... not very good.
I entered in with the last crowd before the shop closed. There are very few Ramen choices in Yotsuya but I just can't recommend this place even for free... cup noodle would have been a more satisfying choice.
