Passed by The Ramen War at noon and here was a long line... checked online and this place is famous! Just had to return later and give it a try.
When you are confused always go for the top left corner item... its always the shops most recommended ramen. Bistro Ramen (ビストロ らーめん)
Several different types of seating. Long counter if you want to watch the chefs at work and variety of table/tall table seating. Lots of ladies dining alone here. A good sign.
Your ramen order includes a free half kaidama (half serving of hot noodles). It takes about 3 minutes to prepare so let the staff know when you are ready.
You can select 1 - 5 slices of Charsiu tender pork... of course go 5!

The noodles were medium thickness and chewy... like!
Broth sooooo smooth... light enough to not weigh you down.
Super slim slices of char siu ham... soooo tender!
I think the noodles might have been around 120 grams... and if you added the free Kaidama it might take it to 200 grams. But I`m not a heavy ramen eater so didn't go for the free noodles.
Soooo much country music on the BGM... like!
Located next to the free PCR testing center. Overall this has got to be one of my favorite ramens spots and definitely rivals Human Beings Everybody Noodle. GOGO!
