A brand new Yokocho popped up across the street from Don Quijote in Roppongi! Soooo many open style restaurant choices but of course we hit up the Okinawan restaurant. It was the busiest for sure!
Otoshi is a purple sweet mashed potato.
Open until 5am on Fridays, Saturdays and before a national holiday.
Mozuku seaweed tempura.
This is the manager bringing us the pork... super friendly.
This rafute pork was so HUGE! One of the best choices. 890 yen.
This seafood bowl was so cool... first time to have it with umibudo (sea grapes).
Below the toppings is a layer of minced Tuna on rice. Just add a little shoyu and mix in the wasabi.
Taco Rice... a pass next time. The beef wasn't taco meat... just a soupy meat.
Fried Goya... was tender like Avocado.
If in Roppongi definitely hit up this big complex of 20 restaurants! Will have to go restaurant hopping next time. I'll be back! Oh 3 people, several bottled Orion beers and a few plates came out to 7,000yen... not too bad.
