Sorry it was a business dinner and couldn't get any photo's of the yakitori but this place is very reasonable and Otoshi outstanding.
At any Japanese Izakaya they will charge you a table-charge of between 300-500yen that includes a tiny appetizer that can be as random as some boiled beansprouts. But at Tori Ichi its sweet white corn, all you can eat salad with tasty dressing and a smooth chicken soup.
All the chicken is domestically sourced vs many budget Yakitori shops that use Chinese, Thai or Brazilian chicken. Very very juicy~
I did get a shot of the desserts. Pudding made with Nagoya-Kochin eggs (famous region in Japan that raises chickens) and cheese cake.
It was a great find in Gaienmae where there are sooooo few places to have a beer after 5. If in the area this is the place to go!
