Brand new burger spot that opened up 10 days ago!
Beautiful cozy wood interior.... By day this is a burger Joint and by night a wine restaurant.

The top page of the menu has a special... only 10 served per day that includes a regular burger.
Lunch set burgers include fries. 4 great choices but was in the mood for some guacamole vs my favorite Chili Burger.
I got to chatting with the bilingual Manager/Chef Keiichi who studied in Australia for 2 years and explored burgers there. He cuts up beef into chunks and doesn't fully ground it like normal burger spots. So its truly like eating steak in a bun. Great meaty beef chunks... yum.
This was just a solid satisfying burger.
I asked the chef what burger spots he liked in Tokyo and he mentioned No.18 Dining Bar in Ikebukuro and Munchies http://munchs.jp/
If you are ever in Nerima this is a great place to check out. The Chef really makes burgers for the love of it and is very confident that the burgers are great. I'll be back to try the remaining 3 burgers on the menu! Til then... Ciao!
