Its kinda rare to find cheap drink and food deals in Tokyo... its more common in Akabane area of if you really want the amazing Senbelo deals head on over to Okinawa.

Otsukarasama deal 891 yen for a drink and 5 kushikatsu sticks.

BUt this was all me! 5 Piece Marushin Gyoza with a draft beer for only 660 yen (no tax, not otoshi table charge).  Marushin... this is a big gyoza maker... just looked it up.

Mix a little chili oil, gyoza soy sauce and vinegar to your liking. 

Very thin gyoza wrap and lots of cabbage inside... it kinda reminded me of those 150 yen for 24 frozen gyoza packages you can buy at the supermarket.  Not too good.

ROPPONGI: Macchan Izakaya! Stay for 210 yen Asahi Draft and Whisky Hi-Balls but run away from food!! (Sony RX100M2)

If you a place for everyone to gather over a few cheap 210 yen Asahi draft beers and whisky hi-balls then Machan is a pretty good choice... except for the smokers that always find my way to me.

No worries...the touch panel menu has English.

Very spacious with a few TV monitors here and there.

Might be a great place to enjoy some World Cup Soccer!

Kicker is they charge 430 yen for seating fee... but you get this tiny pickled Otoshi for free.

Honestly the food here is very overpriced and not very good if you compare to other low budget Izakayas in the area.  Considering the table charge I`d definitely head on over to Torikizoku for their 350 yen menu and massive draft beer mugs.  BUT this place is chill for large groups.
