With a few hours notice a few friends made the time to have a small belated bday gathering... Tokyo sure has some friendly folks.
All kinds of Chinese sake at the entrance.
We were super lucky and scored one of the 2 private rooms... our table was round which was just so perfect as we all faced each other. If you are a group of more than 5 people definitely request this room. And its super near the restroom too.
A bunch of 150yen dumplings... 3 pieces.
Stir fried veggies with garlic.
A little Chinese sake.
Ad this is the reason I really wanted to go here... the PEKING DUCK is on SPECIAL!
3,980 yen →2,888 yen... Totally go for this!
Our duck chef. OH! We arrived at 7:10pm and immediately ordered the duck as it takes about 30 minutes to arrive. But it eventually hit our table at 8:30pm... took a while but it was great.
Peking Duck! They said it was 2 kilograms worth but it didn't seem like that much.
My friend mentioned that Chinese people dip the duck into the sauce then place it in this wrapper. I was so use to using the tiny spoon to spread it on the wrapper then put the toppings inside.
Now the left over duck becomes duck veggies soup, Super tasty.
And more leftover duck becomes a spicy stir fry dish.
A great night with some great friends. I will be back soon for sure.
