Of course on a Friday night avoid the other Roppongi Torikizoku with a strong tourist following and head to the one next to Donki Quijote. Everything on the menu is now 298 yen (up from 280 yen).
No more multi sided beautiful seasonal pictured menu's and now they introduced the tablet. Its such a maze and even harder to find the seasonal specials. Thumbs down for me.
They did have a mini menu with small pics.
ALWAYS order the cabbage with ponzu... free refills all night.
Of course we always do family style but try to go with a few people and explore the many menu items.
This was super tasty... think its like a mashed potato on a hot grill with egg and seasoned seaweed.
Ugh.. back to the tablet!
They do have ramen here so no need to finish off the night at a ramen shop.
2.5 hours of drinks and lots of food... not too bad for 3 people. But when in Roppongi on a budget you can't go wrong with Toriki! Its a part of my monthly diet.
