You rarely find Taiwanese style mixed ramen in Tokyo but this place is highly ranked by foodies on Tabelog and a great alternative to the standard delicious ramens in Japan.
Remember... if you can't read the push button menu always hit the top left corner button. Its the core ramen that defines the shop... if you want to go heavy on toppings simply push something to right of this. More expensive equals more toppings mostly in the tender meat char-siu topping good good.
If you are interested in sourcing the ramen shops noodles occasionally you will see these wooden boxes with the noodle manufacturer.
The noodles were placed to the left side of my back counter seat. Back in the day there was a ramen specialty store that sold all types of noodles and sauces. Think its like 50 yen per packet of noodle.
3 big Gyoza's for 300 yen...

A nice crowd at 11:30pm on a Friday night.
Here it is! All sorts of great toppings but of course the spice seasoned ground beef was the highlight for me.
My random video... Need to get more into this rather than just posting only pics.
Freshly ground onions and some type of spice.
Mix away! Noodles had a great chewiness to it. Flavor just super tasty.
When you finish your meal then they will add a scoop of rice so it can be mixed into the remaining bits of ingredients. This is a great finish.
My addition of Vinegar was a bit late. 1st you enjoy the ramen, then add a bit of vinegar and finally close with a scoop of rice.
Overall ramen foodies rave about this place and its been open for years. If in Nerima you gotta try this Taiwanese style ramen owned by a Japanese guy and prepared by a Japanese chef. Oh, this is in the top 5,000 of the 890K restaurants in all of Japan.
