One of our managing directors was moving on and a foodie lady on our team reserved Le Cocottes... she knows all the best most reasonable restaurants in the area. The last time she reserved Monte Azul, yum! http://tokyobelly.blogspot.com/2018/05/gaienmae-monte-azul-spanish-restaurant.html
I believe our 5,000 yen full course was for 2 hours with nomihoudai.
Oh man the slices of parma ham so good... salad!
I think this was a very addictive sardine seasoned french fries.. crispy chewy! Perfectly fried.
Kind of stewed pasta... the noodles so thick and chewy. Definitely fresh fresh.
Someone at the table asked for some Parmesan and without hesitation the waiter brought it out without requesting an additional fee. Customer service so different then the disappointment that was Sento Bene nearby. http://tokyobelly.blogspot.com/2018/09/gaienmae-sante-bene-italian-course-menu.html
Interior was mostly wood with a nice pink chandelier right above us.
OMG! Uni pasta... if only they provided some bread to dip this perfect sauce. Again they used a thick chewy pasta noodle. Everything was just so good here.
Our waiter seen here pouring wine was very attentive and took such great care of our table of nearly 13 people. Service at its best
Closed with a meat service that was a bit on the rare side but so OK for me.
Overall this place is a definitely a cozy and delicious spot that will remain on your mind when someone asks where to take a group to dinner in the Gaienmae area. YOU GOTTA GO!!
