Was so sad they stopped serving Blue Girl beer so had to stop by the local Wellcome supermarket to buy some for the hotel room. Was only about US$2 per 500ml can... not too bad.
Wanted to explore a bit with this cold seasoned fish... it was tasty but I think something hot would have been a bit better for me.
Seemed like a really good value... huge slab of seasoned peppery pork on a bed of fried rice.
And of course the soup dumplings!
Had to pass on the duck tongue this trip... oh my.
Overall Din Tai Fung is a treat to goto but being in Hong Kong alone for a business trip really cuts down on the amount of dishes I can order.
