At 1:15am My choices were very limited and I just missed ramen Dai by a few minutes... but thank god! I just made it in time to Yamano to finally try their Mazeh-Soba :)
The last time I just had the regular ramen and it was just ok. Click this button!
And there it was... wow... lots of great ingredients. Fresh raw egg yolk, seasoned minced meat, seaweed and some other items.
First step... mix it all up and eat. Simply super tasty and delicious!
Step 2 add this special clear sauce... had a hint of vinegar.
And step 3: Ask the friendly staff to put a scoop of rice in your bowl... mix with the remaining sauce and little bits of meat. Ooohhh... such a great close.

If you are ever in Nerima... just go. Its a great great bowl of ramen and definitely in my top 3.
