Top left button with "Mazeh-Soba" (soupless ramen) is normally the shop recommended selection but I'm not the sure if it was the case here. I went for the...
Niboshi Chuka ramen... fish broth.
Open til 2am on weekdays... good to know.
If you want a job! Looking for outgoing people and those who want to learn about Ramen.
The Mazeh-Soba located on the top 780yen seemed to be a big hit here... everyone was ordering it.
Gyoza
There it was... my ramen.
The fish based soup tasted abit like metal... hmm... like a spoon was melted into the soup... oddly addictive.
One piece of tender charsiu
One wonton noodle...
Noodles were ok... fell between thin and thick... not so chewy.
Think the owner Shinsuke Suzuki is on Facebook
I might have to give the popular mazeh-soba a try next time but this place is nicely ranked on Tabelog and there was a great balance of university girls/guys and a few salarymen here and there. Atmosphere was very welcoming and service spot on great... friendly friendly!
