Invite from my ramen Connoisseur friend to check out a Jiro style ramen located just a few steps from Seikei University.
Heard its recommended to drink a dark to before eating heavy ramen to help dissolve the fatty lard.
The staff will pop outside and ask everyone to buy their tickets before hand.
When the push button is picture-less and in Japanese always push the the top left corner button!
This was the 200 gram ramen with pork topping.
720 yen! A great price point.
View inside. Counter seating for 9.
I was sitting directly in front of the chef and felt a bit awkward taking photo's with my Sony. So this is the only shot it took but you can view more photo's HERE. BUT! This was absolutely delicious! It was like taking the best of every Ramen Jiro and all the Jiro Style ramens... the balance was on spot. Noodles seemed to be made in house and perfectly chewy thick. Char Shiu pork soooo melty tender!
I WILL BE BACK!!!
McLauren spotting near the Inogashira Zoo! Oh if you are a tourist you can get in for 320 yen otherwise 400 yen.
If you like goats, sheep, guinea pigs, monkeys, ducks, squirrels and frogs this is your ZOO!
