NISHI AZABU: Food Collective Dining... Pizza, Burgers and Mexican. Plus Happy Hour you gotta go!

Passed by this place a bit ago on my stroll from Aoyama to Roppongi and just had to try on this Wednesday night... glad I did!

4 tables for 2 along the glass exterior and a few counter seats...

Burgers? Pizza? Mexican?  Oh dude... this is my kinda place.

They have both English and Japanese menus.

A rare spotting... dart board in a restaurant.

Made it just in time for the 500 yen happy hour... just a few beer selections for this price.

Counter seating.

The awesome waiter King suggested their chicken burger but living in Tokyo I am just too overloaded on Yakitori so went for the Pork Belly Burger.  Little did I know there was a slice of pineapple in there.. eyesight going bad.

What was most impressive was the bun.. it was chewy almost like a pretzel.  Loved it.

Then King mentioned that the pizza was a homemade family recipe... Ok had to try!

This pizza was soooo delicious... the crust was crispy on the outside and so chewy.  It almost felt like I was biting into Lasagna... so much sauce and cheese YUM!
Definitely one of the best pizza's in Japan even more so than Pizza Slice in Omotesando.

Bathroom shot... huge!

This restaurant was so incredibly spacious and the big center table most definitely birthday or party friendly.  A welcoming sight in Tokyo.

Crew was super friendly... I will definitely be back to try their Sumo burger and a Mexican dishes.

Super car dealership just a few stops away...

There are no train stations near FCD but its a nice stroll from Roppongi Hills... easy easy.

  1. It looks to me that if you go out the correct Tokyo Metro exit (#2?), it is only a six minute stroll to here. Venue looks intriguing.
