I'm always a huge fan of restaurants run and operated by a lone owner.
So I again visit tiny restaurant Naifan in Ekoda.
Went for the combo lunch meal with a mini Ka Pao Gai and thick noodle ramen thingy,.. almost tasted like Vietnamese pho.
Quite a large bowl of ramen noodle with boiled slices of chicken.
Thick noodles (Futo-Men).
Lunch includes a little dessert.
I was the only the person here for lunch and had a chance to chat with the owner. She has a 17 year old son who no longer wants to goto Saizeriya with her... and unfortunately he never wanted to speak Thai so its only Japanese for him. If you are in a multi cultural marriage you MUST force the kids to speak both languages... it provides so many opportunities.
