For real! 6,960yen course for only 2,980 plus this amazing looking hamburger steak with Foie Gras topping! Just had to give it a try... http://www.groupon.jp/cid/88511?recom=NO
Oh the location is wonderfully sandwiched between a ramen shop and budget sushi restaurant... with interesting neighboring underworld massage parlors with very young girls and older clientele walking inside.
First the salad arrived... ok ok... the best is yet to come.
Then the pita beans seasoned with curry powder arrived... ok the best is yet to come right?
And then the shrimp tapas arrived... The Order vs...
... The Photo! Hmm...
Tiny slices of bread with pate and jam!?
And so the main dish arrived but what happened to the fresh fish carpaccio? They totally forgot to bring it out and I couldn't double check Groupon because Softbank had Zero reception in this basement level. The best part of the meal but so tiny...
Pasta came out... can you believe a plate of pasta with a few boiled broccoli!? Oh utterly disappointed!
Closed with some store bought chocolate cake.
The main reason people visit Grill Hunter is for the hamburger steak and everything else pretty much sucked balls. BUT! On the positive side they do have happy hour with large mug beers for only 250yen (regularly 500yen)... so if you are a drinker this might be a great spot if you don't mind sitting in B2F with no mobile reception. Please Don't Go for the Dinner Course... its just not worth it at all!
