Where do you go with 10 guys who like to drink a bit too much?
Of course one you need a nomihoudai course and two some tasty izakaya foods.
Yamachan's is a famouse chicken wing spot that seasons their wings Nagoya style... which is simply salt and pepper wings.
The wing! Break it in two, place the whole wing in your mouth and slide it out... if you are good all the chicken meat will come right off with the first try
Our course dinner had some very simple dishes... boiled bean sprouts (perhaps 30 yen at the supermarket).
Sashimi was supermarket grade... nothing special.
First time ever to try Miso Flavored Beer! It was quite tasty like a craft beer.
I simply love the grapefruit sours with a fresh grapefruit rather than liquid flavoring!
Must of had 5 of these....
Miso flavored shrimp tempura.
The drink menu was VAST! You can order anything on this for the 5,000yen course plus nomihoudai (all you can drink). We had nearly 3 hours for free flow drinkin!
And the team...
The senior guys payed 7,000 yen, the next level 6,000 yen and the junior guys 3,500 yen. In Japan the bill is split by seniority in the company.
This is located on the B2 level but the restaurant was massive and very full on a Weds night.
I'm sure to be back someday soon!
