Last minute to book a dinner with the boys... who drink alot... so had to go for a Groupon nomihoudai (all you can drink) dinner course. Called Omuni to see if I could book for a Friday and they said sure... strangely told me I didn't have to get a Groupon and could just pay the Groupon listed price. Oh... ok.... no problem!
There was so much food but I was with a few camera shy friends so didn't take too many food photos. But the super mix of different meats was great... super thick slices of pork for samgyeopsal!
Bibimbap
Waiter #2 fully bilingual mixing the bibimbap
Waiter number 1... was very strict with the nomihoudai rules but after we chatted him up he became super friendly. We got a few bottles of Soju and mixed with beer creating Somek!
The perfect video to introduce Somek!
Then get a iPhone call from Shar and Danny all the way from Hawaii... friends with Danny for 20 years now.
Shar Carillo is a great Hawaii based musician... gotta follow her!
The Tri-lingual guy... I think his name was Charly and he studied in LA for a few months.
Overall the food was an amazing value, tasty, restaurant itself is extremely spacious for Tokyo standards and the staff super friendly once you start chatting them up.
