OKINAWA NAHA: Gyoza No Mise (Gyoza Shop) Hana for their 1,000 yen senbelo tipsy plan with 5 gyoza dumplings! (iPhone 12 Mini)

 

I started this thing to go into 1 restaurant then ask the staff where they would recommend I go next... and the friendly Nepalese guys at one of my favorite spots suggested Gyoza Shop Hana.

My 1,000 yen plan!

A plan is 5 gyoza and 2 drinks

B plan is Pork Bun with 2 drinks

C Plan Raw Horse Sashimi with 2 drinks.

On the regular menu drinks are 330 yen and 440 yen.

I went for plan A! 

Gyozas were kinda round and as soon as I bit into it the juices squirted out all over my pants! FYI just eat the entire thing.  Tasty and the place was fully packed with mostly ladies.

Overall the Chinese staff was very friendly and let me sit at a small table even thought I was a solo diner.  There are a few counter seats.  Nice and dark... perhaps a great spot for a date.

SHIINAMACHI: Gyoza No Manshu has a great 2 Ramen and 2 Shoyu broth packs for 200 yen! Better than Cup-O-Noodle! (iPhone 12 Min)

My absolute favorite instant ramen?  Its gotta be Nissin Cup Noodles Tom Yum Kung but when it comes to fresh noodles for sure its Gyoza No Manshu take out!

Nov. 18 - Dec. 17th super appreciation festival! 200 yen for 2 packs of fresh ramen noodles and 2 packs of shoyu broth!  All me... But honestly I do love the Miso broth way better. 

1 Order of Shoyu Ramen with toppings is normally 550 yen. So 2 packs for 200 yen is quite the steal.

Just boil the noodles for 1 min 50 seconds and you are all set!

Shoyu Ramen Manshu Recipe... definitely better with toppings especially a boiled egg.

Nothing better for 100 yen! But wish I bought some eggs at the supermarket.  If you want to make fresh noodles definitely pick some up at your nearest Manshu!  There are several broth pack options too.

Tonight it was a new spot called Osaka Ohsho... another super famous Gyoza franchise.

Gyoza prices... 1 person portion 290 yen, 2 portions 580 yen, 3 portions 870 yen...Normally you would think the more you order there would be a slight discount but never in Japan.

My 500 yen Gyoza and Beer set!  Beer usually 540 yen and Gyoza 290 yen. 

830 yen value for 500 yen! Thats a really nice deal. 

Mix a little shoyu, vinegar and spicy red oil to your liking.

Compared the Gyoza no Manshu this place has a bit more garlic and the pot sticker wrapper is thinner.... I say its a bit more crispy too.  Great with beer for sure!

There were so many cool oldies on the BGM! The Flame by Cheap Trick!

I was chatting up the chef and said I often goto Gyoza no Manshu but he said they serve gyoza that is frozen rather than fresh! Wow I never knew that!  I think this place wraps their own gyozas daily? 

Chef gave me a handful of free gyoza coupons! Normally you get 1 coupon per 1 gyoza order and its good until January 31st!! Super cool chef.

I closed out the restaurant! 10pm!  Overall what a wonderful clean spacious restaurant to enjoy a great 500 yen combo deal. Plus the 80s music on the BGM was just super relaxing.  WILL BE BACK!!

Oh the waitress was super friendly too.
