3 styles of noodles to choose from...
1.5x noodle upgrade for free... takes it to 330grams.
I went with the "mochi mochi" chewy noodles.
My friends 330gram of Noodles... he picked the Komugi Wa-Fu "Koshi ga aru." Perfectly al dente. He mentioned that when you order big portions of noodles the amount of soup still remains the same so you have to half dip the noodles in the soup or you'll run out by the end of the meal.
At the end add some "soup-wari" to your tsukemen soup... nice hot ending. Overall this place was great. Nice balance of college guys, cute girls, elderly ladies and salarymen. A Korean couple came in but they were confused with the push button menu... if you get lost remember just to push the top left corner button!
