Always like to support new businesses and even more so when its run by an owner chef.

This heavily vegetable oriented bento caught my eye.  Have to pre-order and its only 600 yen.  SO! I ordered for both Thursday and Friday.

Soooooo many different kinds of veggies.  I just felt so healthy after eating this.

One of his customers gave him some cherries... he shared.

The following day I was back to pick up my Friday bento.  Chef was taking pictures so he can remember what he made. 

I scored a shrimp this day!

He also gave me some Tuna rolls... very kind.

Chef Yagi-san has been cooking since he was 16 and after 50 years opened up his own restaurant. I don`t think he uses any kind of SNS and he is not from this area so seemed kinda stressed about customers finding his little restaurant.  He asked me if I like Osake (alcohol) and of course yes!  Will definitely have to stop by for some dinner soon.  If you are in the Nerima area please go!

The staff seemed to be from several Asian countries... I'm sure some are bilingual if you need some help.

If you need a part time job its 900-1,125 yen per hour here!  

There is a notice to customers in Japanese.  Many items are no longer available on the counter but you can request them: Garlic, pepper, gyoza sauce, toothpicks and tissue.  I totally didn't read this when I was there.

This was totally Fukuoka Style Hakata Ramen... very similar to Ichiran Ramen.  Japan has a huge variety of Ramen but anything from Fukuoka pretty much tastes the same.  Its like having Chicago Pizza in Chicago, Los Angles or New York... all the same.

OKINAWA NAHA: Prince Smart Inn Hotel - Ally`s 58 Coffee breakfast sandwiches were sooooo good! Taco Meat and Egg Sandwich all me! (Sony RX100)

Hotels with free breakfast area always such a nice perk.  Stayed at the Prince Smart Inn Hotel in Naha and they had these cool little sandwiches plus a free drink.

Of course when in Okinawa... Taco`s!  Taco Sandwich all me.

Later I would find out the Egg Sandwich was pretty amazing.

Drink ticket... Only took a minute.

If you like Taco`s this IS the sandwich for you! Huge slice of tomato and crispy lettuce! or was it cabbage.  Anyways such a satisfying breakfast.

Day 3 Taco Sandwich breakfast... by this time I`m kinda getting overwhelmed with taco meat

3 days in a row of Taco Sandwich... honestly kinda got tired of this.  So skipped day 4.

Finally a change of pace.  Salad Egg Sandwich! Wow this was soooo packed with veggies and the egg was soooooo yum! 

Overall Ally`s 58 Coffee had some of the best sandwiches in Japan!  You all know Japan doesn`t do sandwiches very well but this place was YUM!!!

Anyways this hotel was nearly built in Nov. 2022 and soooo nice! Conveniently located on Route 58 thats the main artery in Okinawa.  About a 8 minute walk to Miebashi Monorail Station.

Rooms had very very high ceilings!  15sqm but sure did feel much bigger.

If you are lucky try to get a room with the lighting around the window.  There were only about 10 of these units but the windows were twice as big as the other rooms.
