EBISU: Kuishinbo Steak Franchise... for quick in and out meat lovers.

Lunch after a meeting with clients even with all the great choices in Ebisu we somehow ended up at this steak franchise... oh well.  There is one near my office thats a bit dated.

Colleague recommended the 140 gram Original Steak for 1,050 yen.  You can select from a range of sauce toppings but stuck with the recommended garlic butter sauce.

Shoulder to shoulder during the whole lunch stay.  Mostly salarymen here.

Not too shabby... Cuts of steak arrive on a heated metal pan.  Corn, green veggies and bean sprouts included.  You can order extra rice for free I think.

The view from our window seating...

Overall if you like meat and limited on time this is a solid option.  Most everything is pictured so just point and order.

NISHI AZABU: All Orders Burger joint... the burgers got Delicious! Steak Chunks Yum!

I was here in 2015 and even though I pass by this area in Nishi Azabu often I never bothered to go back.  http://tokyobelly.blogspot.jp/2015/12/nishi-azabu-all-orders-burger-joint.html

But I skipped lunch at work and my belly couldnt hold out much longer.

Dinner prices are very reasonable for hamburger joints.  Normally they can head north to 2,000 yen.  Got the Chili Beans Cheese Burger

Beer a bit pricey but went for the Carlsberg Chu-Joki (Medium Beer)

To my surprise this burger looked good... Super melty cheese but the chili was a bit soupy so it wasn't much of a topping.

A few bites and I noticed chunks of steak in the burger!  So good!  They really upped their game.  Totally reminded me of Viva La Burger in Nerima. http://tokyobelly.blogspot.jp/2016/09/nerima-viva-la-burger-finally-real.html

My favorite part of juicy wet burgers is the very last bite when the bun soaks up all the flavor.

Other than one take our order I was the only one here at 8pm... nice and quiet.

If you need a break from Ramen in Nishi Azabu try here!

And then on this night I spotted this... Looked like a Honda S2000 and a bit like a Porsche front.  But it was a Lotus without a front windshield in the dead of Tokyo winter.  Pretty cool.

EBISU: Spicy Flyers for their 880 yen happy hour... Disco ball, Michael Jackson and spicy pub foods.

This 6-8pm Happy Hour sign lured me in... but empty on a Sunday evening.

Think the concept might be best described as a Pub with bar food plus disco ball.

Think everything on the menu has some sort of spice to it... Like curry seasoning.

Curry seasoned Happy Hour chicken.

Hmm.... all this for about 1,000 yen inclusive of tax.
Not too sure if it was worth it.

MJ on the BGM.  I doubt I will ever be back but increasingly there are more and more happy hour spots.  Gotta love that.
