OKINAWA NAHA: Yashino-Ki (Palm Tree) Sakaba for 5 item 1,000 yen tipsy! One item was Yakisoba... beer food. (Sony RX100)

One of my favorite spots to visit for Senbelo aka 1,000 yen Tipsy deals is definitely Yashino-Ki Sakaba... lots of regulars but best to sit outside as it can get a bit steamy hot inside.

OKINAWA NAHA: Sanshin Shokudo Yugafu. Jam sessions with Okinawan regulars all evening... owner/chef is also a well known musician. (Sony RX100, NEX)

About 3 regulars were jamming on and off.  　This elderly guy was pretty fluent in English and playing a shamisen with an oval tin cookie can body.

If you like a little chill restaurant bar with guests that are free to jam any tunes this is a nice cozy spot.  Its near the very end of the Naha shopping arcade.

OKINAWA NAHA: Waya Izakaya for a bit of Awamori and Oden... 1,000 yen Senbelo. (Sony RX100)

There are so many side streets in the huge maze of an Shopping Arcade in Naha.  Decided to give Waya a try!  

The Choi-Nomi (little bit drinking) 1,000 yen set includes 2 drinks and 2 oden selections.

We were in a group of 5 so got about 10 pieces.

Scored me the seaweed!  Great for your hair.

Overall you will definitely find better 1,000 yen senbelo food items in the area but the 2 waitresses were soooo friendly and chatted us up thru the evening.  Public restroom is in this alley!

OKINAWA NAHA: Shimoji-Ya izakaya no longer has Senbelo (1,000 yen Tipsy)... Price point is now 1,200 yen. Friendly Owner Chef! (Sony RX100)

Shimoji-Ya is one of my favoriite little Senbelo spots in Okinawa with table seating inside and a few coutner seats outside.  But slowly Okinawa Senbelo (1,000 yen tipsy) has slowly increased to 1,200 yen. The cost of the Ukrainian War. 

Top 5 ranking.  You can order additional for 280 yen.

When in Okinawa you gotta do fries!  The Island is famous for curly fries.

The super friendly owner chef.  He was running the shop all by himself.

Overall this is a nice spot to chill for one of your beer hopping spots.  Lots of light beer foods and owner was really nice.  Check out my previous solo dining entry!
