I've been heading to Sayamashi in Saitama regularly to visit my friend and dentist. Always noticed this Chinese restaurant and their beer and gyoza 370yen set... just had to go this day!
Very old skool inside with 2 friendly only lady staffs
Lots of plate lunch set items.
Bottled Beer 500yen, mini draft 300 yen, regular draft 500 and jumbo 700 yen.

It took about 15 minutes for the gyoza to arrive but it was piping hot and very home made. Love chain gyoza spots but these little mom and pop places are great.
I doubt you will ever have a chance to goto Sayama-Shi but if u do give this place a try!
And now for my dentist! Sayamashi Forest Dental Clinic.
He invested USD 150K for an Cerec ceramic tooth machine so he can make everything in house and doesn't have to outsource it.

Kids room too... he is a super friendly humorous Dentist so a great person if you have kids that need dental work.
This is the man, Dr. Mori. If you need a bilingual dentist who is super friendly I totally recommend going to Forest Dental Clinic. What quite amazing is that he checked on my previous fillings by other Japanese dentists and commented they didn't do a good job... he then remade the fillings. This is meticulous and the best dentist I've ever been to. Oh you will spot him at Summer Sonic!
