I occasionally attend a business dinner with one of our clients who is honestly knows alot of amazing delicious restaurants and tonight was no exception.
Soooo super melty tuna sourced from Totori-Prefecture... I think it was the tuna cheek area.

And here it is! The chef purchased this massive crab at Tsukiji in the morning and the Tsukiji guys said they never saw such a hug crab before.
The super friendly chef in the background first brought out boiled crab then the remaining crab was grilled.
Did you know Japanese sourced crab has 6 horns on its head?
Tomatoe and Uni stewed for 2 days then cream is added to this stunning pasta.
YUUMMM!!! Also had small cuts of toast to dip into. YUMMM!!!
Closed with vanilla ice cream with several toppings... I got the chocolate wafer topping.
SPOT ON this is one amazing little restaurant with 4 counter seats (lone diners welcome) and 2 tables in the back. With every bite I simply closed my eyes because it was just soooooo good. If you ever need a little private cozy spot this is for you... great for a birthday with close friends.
