NOGATA: MisoMenDokoro Hanamichi... muddy flavorful soup and chunky noodles... yum!

Lots of choices... Ramen, Tsukemen and Soupless Ramen.

Of course always hit the top left corner... 780yen Miso Ramen.

Free veggie topping upgrade and fresh garlic if you want.

Counter seating with a few tables behind me.

Hanamichi Ramen is the highest ranked spot in Nogata with a very respectable 3.60pt foodie ranking... in line with highly ranked Ramen Jiro in Sakuradai

A few tender and some spots tough chilled pork..

HOT!  These noodles kept their temperature for a while... Nice an chewy.

Soup had a very deep thick tasty flavor... and I noticed my neighbors finishing all the soup.

Free garlic.

Some stir fried bean sprouts inside the soup.

Overall it was great and a very rare spotting to see a lady leading the team of 3 behind the counter. I don't venture to Nogata very often so probably my first and last time here... but if you are in the area the staff is incredibly friendly so give it a go.

KICHIJOJI: Tsukemen Enji for some addictive ramen! 3 Styles of Dipping Noodles~

3 styles of noodles to choose from...

1.5x noodle upgrade for free... takes it to 330grams.

I went with the "mochi mochi" chewy noodles.

My friends 330gram of Noodles... he picked the Komugi Wa-Fu "Koshi ga aru." Perfectly al dente.  He mentioned that when you order big portions of noodles the amount of soup still remains the same so you have to half dip the noodles in the soup or you'll run out by the end of the meal.

At the end add some "soup-wari" to your tsukemen soup... nice hot ending.  Overall this place was great.  Nice balance of college guys, cute girls, elderly ladies and salarymen.  A Korean couple came in but they were confused with the push button menu... if you get lost remember just to push the top left corner button!
