It was 3am when I walked past Abura Soba in the desolate road near the Shibuya Police headquarters... just wanted to get out of the cold for a bit.
680yen for all noodle portions.... Nami 160 grams, Omoro 240 grams and W-mori 320 grams.
Fresh onion topping.
Different types of sauces.
There it is! Not visually impressive but it looked healthy.
Instructions on how to properly eat this ramen!
This might be the first ramen shop that I've been to where you can adjust the flavor yourself... the Chili Oil was great. The seasonings cling so well to the noodles... tasty tasty.
Its hard to miss the red neon "abura soba" sign here and there in Tokyo.
