GOTANDA: Fuji Soba... a very filling franchise fast food spot! Fills you up and keeps that wallet heavy.

A meeting with 3 older Japanese business men and they only had 10 minutes to eat... so we ran into Fuji Soba! Oh jeeezzzz.... I really don't like to swallow my food.

Pretty cool... English instructions for the push button machine.

I went for the mini Shrimp Tempura and Squid Bowl with a side of hot Japanese soba noodles...

You can select extra toppings to taste.

Pass your ticket to the chef in the kitchen and wait for him to call your number.

Boom! Arrived in about 3 minutes.... 600yen will get you full.  Now I don't normally go to these places for lunch because you can't really take your time and eat.  Just in and out.  This franchise is located all over Tokyo and most of the menu selections are pictured.

TAMA HILLS GOLF COURSE: Tee House Restaurant... fantastic Burgers... paid in USD!!

Not for pleasure but for a bit of business we headed to meet with a few golf shop staff at Tama Hills Golf Course near Yokota Air Base.

I can pay in US Dollars!!!  I was soo prepared with my 20 bucks!

Drink bar was like only $1.

Help yourself ketchup etc. station.

I ordered the $6 quarter pounder with onion rings... this bad boy was sooooo American and just fantastic. Beef soooo super juicy with a great solid texture.

And of course the $3 chili dog!

I just love this place being a military brat but unfortunately unless invited by military personnel you won't be able to enter.  Hope to be back soon.

SEISEKI SAKURAGAOKA: Takao-san Tengu-Yaki... the most AMAZING full black bean pancake thingy!!

I love these taiyaki things with azuki bean paste but this is on another level.  This one is filled with sweet black bean paste and full round black beans!  SOOOO YUM!!!

If you are ever lucky enough to run into this at a department store pop-up shop please buy one!

Only 140yen and soooo worth it!
