Brand new Bueno Chicken in Urasoe. The old shop is just a few steps away but its being mainly used as a prep space for all their chickens.

There were soooo many people working here. Business is good.
The Menu. 1/2 size 1,000 yen and full bird 2,000 yen. If you want to dine in its an additional 100 yen.
The chickens are raised locally in a town called Yambaru:

Being a 1/2 chicken there are juicy parts and white meat parts. But it sat in a nice bed of super flavorful chicken juice. Totally finished this.
Seems they also sell Chickens online. Freshly shrink wrapped.

Overall when in Okinawa you gotta give Bueno Chicken a try! I was chatting with the cashier on the way out and she introduced me to once of the male chefs. He later said his good byes in perfect English... If you need a little language help just look for the well sun burnt middle aged male chef who is totally bilingual.
