EKODA: Tacos and Taco Rice Nikorashika Bar! A huge fan of tiny counter style bars with friendly bilingual staff... Taco`s were YUM! (Sony RX100)

Another friendly bar spotting in college town Ekoda.

I rarely spot my favorite Polish Żubrówka vodka but this place has it!  Mix with a little apple juice and there you go... smooth way to get a bit drunk.

Decided to give the Taco Rice a try.  The chef said the owner of this spot was from Okinawa.

Interesting music space on the 2nd floor.

Very good volume for 800 yen.  After a few bites this was probably the best Taco Rice I have ever had in mainland Japan!  There were little bits of nachos inside that gave it a great texture.  Flavoring spot on yum!

The regulars.

And so I return to check out the 2 tacos plus 1 drink for only 1,100 yen.

Very generous sized soft shell tacos... Just like Okinawa.  Tokyo just doesn`t do Mexican tacos very well and when you do spot a place its just so expensive.  Yum!

Customers next to me were eating this...

...and this. If you are ever in Ekoda you must go! Plus the chef spoke English rather fluently!
