When in Fukuoka you gotta eat 1 bowl of ramen a day until you find that stinky one!

Ramen price point from 650 to 1,200 yen. Im all about the soup and noodles... rare go for any heavy toppings SO! 650 yen simple ramen for me!!
Half gyoza is 210 before 3pm and 270 afterwards... I just missed the special!
The young chef in charge of boiling the noodles was so friendly he would later suggest trying Hakata Issou. Best way to find great ramen is to ask the staff for a recommendation.
650 yen! Soup had a nice milkyness to it... It was only slightly stinky.

Mini 4 piece of gyoza. Crispy on the outside and had lots of green nira veggies inside.
Chef suggested I add some hot sauce to the Gyoza. Friendly.
Main chef in the middle of the shop and a lady further in the back preparing gyoza.
Soup is definitely the life of Hakata ramen as the noodles are pretty much the same same wherever you go... thin.
Overall its a nice bowl of ramen but I was really on the hunt for some addictive stinky soup. Gonna have to do a bit more research on this.
