Steaks and Okinawa seem to go hand in hand and when you are in search of a satisfying steak then there is nothing easier than Yappari Steak! A local home grown franchise.
But what was once a selling point of 180 grams for only 1,000 yen has been impacted by coronavirus and being able to source beef from the US. Unfortunately beef imports have become unstable and prices rose so Yappari can only offer 150 grams for 1,000 yen.
Self serve salad, macaroni salad, soup and rice area.
Think the chef grilled it a bit too much prior to bringing it out... the edges were already fairly well done.
This night 2 Indian guys were running the shop and they sure did like heavy music.
Of course I had to go again! Japanese chef at the grill this night with a bit more mellow Japanese songs on the BGM.
Tender steak! Continues to grill on the hot stone plate. Slightly grilled all around before being served. This guy was good.
Better shop of the self serve area.
Family friendly and quick in n out. Definitely should be on your places do dine in Okinawa.
