Its just sooo hard not to wander into a pizzeria with price points starting from 500 yen for both pizza and beers! Of course I had to stroll back in during my Staycation in nearby Akasaka
Had the 500 yen marinara pizza last so its time for the 580 yen Margherita cheese pizza!
One coin 500 yen Carlsberg beer!
A bit quiet on a Monday night at at 8:40pm
They started Otoshi or Table charge... guess times are rough during covid19.
The crust was perfectly chewy and just the right amount of mozzarella cheese
If you like it a bit spicy don`t forget to ask for Tabasco sauce or spicy oil.
Tonight's staff was not the bland smile-less chef and waiter from my last 2 visits... Different chef and a super friendly guy with an afro that had plans to visit Okinawa the following day. Tonight's staff gave off a great vibe and definitely will be back to support this business.
Overall a beer and pizza plus table charge for around 1,500 yen its not too bad for Tokyo! Domino`s or Pizza Hut can put you back around 4,000 - 5000 yen if you get to wild on the toppings. High ceilings, budget pizza menu, cheap beers and this night friendly waiter. Gotta try!
