When you need to kill a little time why not do it over inexpensive 150 yen Whisky HiBalls and gyoza pot stickers! Very clean and cozy Chinese restaurant.

Liked this crispy Gyoza... think they fried it in oil.
Long L shaped counter seating... we were seated in a nice booth.
2nd order! 200 yen.
This place is cheap and comfy... if you need to a place to hang out definitely skip a cafe and head into Ichibankan... its probably cheaper.
