HOYA: Inoshow Ramen! Its been months since I had ramen... Jiro style with super tender chicken and soy milk broth. (Sony RX100M2)

After walking 29,000 steps from Hoya to Kichijoji and Back I had to close the night with a bowl of ramen!  I stopped eating ramen months ago to try and lose a little weight... so far down 6 kilos!

Many ramen shops have started take out due to coronavirus. Uber Eats is booming here.

All the ramen was nicely pictured on the menu.

Inosho is one of the most popular and highly foodie ranked ramen franchises.

Friend ordered the super spicy fish broth ramen.

Jiro style ramen take out and also you can gift the dipping noodles to friends and family.

Plastic barriers put in place due to Covid19

This is not me... waaaay tooo spicy.

I ordered something that was a bit on the Jiro style side with a side of tender chicken rather than pork. AND soy milk is one of the ingredients for the broth!  A first for me.  OH this item is the Hoya Branch original menu.

Here it is!  Garlic and fatty lard topping... super flavorful.

Must have had more than 200 grams of noodles because I sure did have a hard time finishing it. Noodles are semi thick and slightly chewy.

Super tender chicken.

Added a bit of free red pepper spice.

Inoshow is a local favorite and must if you are exploring ramen in Japan.  There is another super popular one in Nerima.
