Friend found a new bar in his neighborhood so after a few drinks and Domino pizza`s we headed on over to Safari Safari Kichijoji Branch.
Gotta love the No Cover Charge! Seems the main bar is in Koenji and this place opened up in 2017.
Stuck to the 750 yen Whisky Hi-Balls.
Great counter seating... folks seated at the end were Coca Cola sales guys.
Decent size beer mug for the Jim Beam Hi-Ball. You can request video music songs for free.

This place just had a great vibe. It kinda reminded me of Roppongi way back in 2005 when the town was still full of Lehman Brothers bankers and there were decent friendly bars here and there. Corona count is still low in Tokyo so just mask up and give it a try!
