HONG KONG: The Legend of Din Tai Fung! Of course! But once was enough for this trip. (SONY RX100, Lumix GM1)

Was so sad they stopped serving Blue Girl beer so had to stop by the local Wellcome supermarket to buy some for the hotel room.  Was only about US$2 per 500ml can... not too bad.

Wanted to explore a bit with this cold seasoned fish... it was tasty but I think something hot would have been a bit better for me.

Seemed like a really good value... huge slab of seasoned peppery pork on a bed of fried rice.

And of course the soup dumplings!

Had to pass on the duck tongue this trip... oh my.

Overall Din Tai Fung is a treat to goto but being in Hong Kong alone for a business trip really cuts down on the amount of dishes I can order.  Definitely go with at least 3-4 people so you can explore all the menu items. http://tokyobelly.blogspot.com/2018/03/hong-kong-legend-of-din-tai-fung-yup-i.html
