OK! I'm so tired of always going to budget Torikizoku Yakitori that had to him up a friend who lived near Sakuradai Station... Akimoto-ya on a Sunday at 5pm and it was nearly a full house.
Scored 2 counter seats with a great view of the yakitori grill and a little spot next to the grill where all the pre-cooked items were laid out.
Customer orders right in front of us.. had to point to the avocado wrapped in bacon.

The owner and chef Miura-san. Chilled nihon shu.
Not too much to say but everything was sooooo delicious... 2 hours, lots of nihon shu and yakitori for almost JPY 10,000... gotta splurge on chicken once in a while.
