NAKANO: Juke 80's Bar... the Western one! No entrance fee, one coin drinks and select 80s music yourself.

Watched an episode of Why are you in Japan TV show and they were exploring Nakano... following foreigners into bars and this was a spot they visited. 

Have a big catalog of songs and just select your favorites... no charge.

Bartender was super friendly... if you need a quick spot for a few drinks and blast to the past you gotta go.  Actually went on a Saturday and about 80% foreigners... then on Sunday at a super early 7pm with just a few Japanese folks.
