GAIENMAE: Wa's Izakaya... kushiyaki was incredibly oily... not necessary to go here for their tiny beer Happy Hours.

Lured in by the 300 yen happy hour beer and the low priced kushiyaki/tempura sticks.

The automatic appetizer... boneless fried chicken with spicy sauce.

Unfortunately this was the best dish of the night.

You can select 3 sauces for 100 yen.

Ordered the shrimp but it wasn't really shrimp.  Just the tiny frozen shrimp you can buy at the supermarket for cheap.

Just so much oil/grease on the kushiyaki sticks... won't be back.

But the waitress who just joined this company was super kind.
