Part of the reason why Tokyo Bellys updates have fallen off is due to my HR asking me to take some vacation... I'm not one to take too many. So have to share my favorite Garlic Shrimp spot on Oahu!

Sooooo fantastic... the oil soaks up all the garlic and spices then it seeps into the rice.
