ASAGAYA: Yokohama Ie-Kei Ramen Tobi... 22 year old Chinese owner/chef in an empty ramen shop. Wallet friendly!

Yokohama-iekei (Yokohama family style) ramen... always cheap and hits the spot.

Remember when you are lost always push the top left corner button.
Its the shops most recommended standard ramen.

Unusual to see ramen shops empty at 10pm... just me and another sole female diner.

Eventually as the other girl diner finished up her ramen and left I was the only customer in this ramen shop so started to chat up the ramen chef.  He is a 22 year old Chinese guy who opened up this franchise ramen spot.  He is planning to open up another store soon.

Even with the cheapest ramen dish you get charsiu pork, boiled spinach and 3 pieces of seaweed.

Chef had tats!  Very unusual to see in Japan unless you are part of the trendy crowd or involved with the underground.

At this rate don't think he needs this much noodle...

Oh yo can customize your ramen.  Noodles: Hard, regular or soft. Soup: Super heavy, normal or light. Fatty Oil: Alot, regular or a little.  BUT... overall you really cant go wrong with these Yokohama Family Style ramen shops... its just the perfect balance between cost and flavor.
